Return & Refund Policy for PrideForward

At PrideForward, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
- Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons (e.g., perishable goods, personalized/custom items, final sale items).
- Return Process
- Contact us at info@PrideForward.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
- Ship the item back to the return address provided.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company.
- It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
