**1. Eligibility for Returns**

We accept returns on products purchased directly from PrideForward.com within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

**2. Exclusions**

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to their intimate nature or personalized nature. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as undergarments or intimate accessories unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

 

**3. Return Process**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a) Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery. You can reach our support team through our Contact Page or by emailing us at info@prideforward.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

b) Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and further instructions for the return process.

c) Pack the item securely in the original packaging, along with any accessories or documents that came with it.

d) Affix the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

e) Ship the package back to our designated return address. Please note that the shipping cost for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


**4. Refund Process**


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. In case of a return due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
